Located less than 75 yards from the Atlantic Ocean, this two-story condo will not disappoint when it comes to comfort and convenience throughout. Both bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, are located downstairs, which means no noise from the main living area upstairs will disturb you when it's time to hit the hay. The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a standalone shower and a separate washer/dryer combo. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a private patio area. Spend fun times streaming a favorite movie on the Smart TV in the living room, located on the second floor. Or pull out any of the board games available and gather at the six-person dining table for an entertaining evening playing games together. The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a convenient Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The spacious deck off of the living room boasts a nice outdoor dining area for meals al fresco and off of the kitchen is a small balcony with two patio chairs. We accept pets that are under 35 lbs with prior approval and a pet fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
