Avonlea cottage is located in the sought after Coast Cottage community. It is a 5 bedroom cottage and comfortably sleeps 12. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a short walk to the to the 2 ocean front pools and pavilion. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 5th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. You will have private beach access to St. Simons Island widest and best beach areas. You will not want to miss the views from the rooftop deck.

First Floor:   Located on the first floor is the fully stocked kitchen,  family room and bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom.  Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened in porched. 

This is one of the few cottages with a bedroom on the first floor.  Great for guests with wobbly knees.  

Second Floor:  The 2nd floor has 2 additional bedrooms each with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the 2nd floor. 

Third Floor:  The 3rd floor Features the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom.  The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 sets of bunks and a private bathroom. 

You will have complete and private access to the whole house which is approximately 2700 sq. feet. You will also have access to the 2 ocean front neighborhood pools and covered pavilion.

We are happy to provide recommendations to our guests. There are many activities on the island and places to visit.

The Coast Cottages is one of the premier rental homes on St. Simons Island. You will love this picturesque neighborhood of colorful homes. St. Simons is a wonderful family vacation spot.

We are about a half mile to several popular restaurants and just over a mile to the Lighthouse and the Pier. Bike riding is a fun way to see the island.

You and your guests will have access to the 2 neighborhood pools. Details of the Heated Community Pool: The Coast Cottages heats one of the pools on weekends (Friday- Sunday) during cooler months and certain holidays (at no charge to guests) Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April (Spring Break).  Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
